A Comparative Market Analysis is an excellent way to get an expert opinion on the value of your home using comparables in your area.

This service is FREE and takes only a few seconds to fill out the form.

One thing I like to mention when I send these – please take into consideration that this was done sight unseen. I haven’t actually seen the inside of your home.

When someone fills out a request for the value of their home online, I like to provide the value, without actually coming out to see the house. The reason being is that many people filling out these forms don’t really want someone asking to come over at that point in time. They just want a quick idea of how much their home is worth. And I respect that…

But, in order to make sure the value I gave you is absolutely accurate, it would make sense for me to actually come see your home.

I could say it isn’t a big deal if you aren’t all that serious about selling your home right now, or are just curious. But, I hesitate to say that, because even if you’re just being curious, the value I give you here does impact your perception of:

  • Your equity
  • Your wealth
  • And, ultimately may impact the decisions you make as to whether you can or should sell your house.

So, please know that I am happy to swing by and take a look your home in person, and make sure that the value I’m giving you here is accurate.
